How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We work hard to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@designsrootedinnature.com.

How about the shipping details?

We currently ship orders within the United States only.
*We are currently evaluating opening up to additional countries as well. If you'd like to get on the list for future shipments outside of the United States, let us know at info@designsrootedinnature.com.

The timing of your shipment depends on your location. Typically it will take 2-8 days for a domestic delivery. Please use the shipping options on the order page to pick the right timing for you.

Note: Personalized and custom orders will take a little longer since they are made-to-order after they are purchased. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery of these items.
